Chapter 7 Proposed Revisions – Final Draft
The Division has been collaborating with the Assisted Living Advisory Committee (ALAC) and other stakeholders since October 2015 to revise the Chapter 7 rules regarding ALRs. We shared an initial draft of this effort in November 2017 and requested your feedback. On January 19, 2018, the Division and ALAC spent the entire day going through all the comments received from stakeholders and the majority agreed on a final draft to be presented to the Board of Health. The Division will be requesting that the Board of Health schedule a public hearing regarding adoption of these proposed revisions for April 18, 2018. Information regarding that hearing will be posted when it becomes available.
